TURMEL: Aylen Covid False Alarm Appeal Oct 4 2pm Toronto 

JCT: The appeal of the Aylen and Zinn decision will be heard 
at the Federal Court of Appeal at 2pm at 180 Queen St. W. in 
Toronto. It is slated for an hour and a half. 

I'm going to tell the court that Judge Aylen striking my 
action resulted in over 30 million Canadians taking the clot 
shot not knowing that the Covid Mortality was a Hundredfold 
Hyped false alarm.

that every time someone died of a vax adverse effect after 
that, I asked if they'd have taken the shot if Judge Aylen 
hadn't suppressed that the threat was a false alarm. 

Lots of blood on her hands for finding that WHO's comparing 
the Covid 3.4% "Apple" CFR "Case Fatality Rate" not to Flu's 
known 10% CFR "Apple" but to the 100-times smaller Flu 0.1% 
"Orange" IFR "Infection Fatality Rate" exaggerated the 
threat by a hundredfold was "not a material fact."
